The law grants two months to claim a lost animal. If no one comes forward, the final adoption may take place after October 29, 2026.
While waiting for the end of this period, Nakoon may be placed in a foster home.

🐾 A family for life
This lovely cat, about 5 years old, arrived at our place after being found wandering and injured.
Despite the announcements made to find its owner, unfortunately, no one has come forward to claim it. 💔
In accordance with current legislation, its owner has a period of two months to come forward. In the absence of a claim, it may be offered for permanent adoption starting November 4, 2026. 🏡
Very fearful and discreet with humans, it will need time and patience to learn to trust. For now, still very stressed by its arrival at the shelter, we do not yet know how it will react in the presence of other cats.
We are looking for a calm, patient, and caring home for it, one that will respect its pace and give it the necessary time to calm down and thrive. ❤️
